📋 Description

• Capture and update records across spreadsheets and databases • Check entries for accuracy and correct errors quickly • Organise and maintain digital filing systems • Generate simple reports from captured data • Flag inconsistencies or missing information to the team • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Keep a UK team's records accurate and up to date • Turn raw information into clean, reliable data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Excel, including formulas and filters • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Comfort working with large volumes of repetitive data • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Good written English for reporting and correspondence • Familiarity with Google Sheets (nice to have) • Experience with database management tools (nice to have) • Prior remote work experience (nice to have)
