📋 Description

• Create and update product listings, images and descriptions • Keep pricing, stock levels and categories accurate across the store • Process orders, returns and refunds • Respond to customer queries about orders and products • Support promotions, discount codes and seasonal campaigns • Report on sales, traffic and best-selling lines • Keep a UK online store running day to day • Work UK business hours from home as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento • Confident writing clear, accurate product copy • Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk product uploads • Attention to detail on pricing, stock and product data • Customer-focused written English • Exposure to marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay • Basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop • Familiarity with Google Analytics
