📋 Description
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of business and banking-related projects. • Develop executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. • Manage and track project costs and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to GTB solutions, including payments and commercial financing products. • Support project planning activities and contribute to agile ceremonies and delivery cycles. • Utilise tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day project coordination. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and business.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a consulting or business analysis role. • Previous involvement in banking projects (especially GTB, payments, or supply chain finance like Confirming or Factoring) is a strong plus. • Exposure to project management practices; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonus. • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and MS Teams. • Strong computer literacy and data handling skills. • Fluent in English (B2–C1) – written and spoken. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. • Willingness and ability to relocate to Spain (relocation support available).
