📋 Description

• Book freight and courier collections with carriers • Track shipments and update customers and internal teams • Resolve delays, damages and delivery exceptions • Keep shipping records and documents accurate in the ERP • Reconcile carrier invoices against bookings • Work with the client's existing team under a named manager in the UK • Attend regular video-call check-ins and work toward clear goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in logistics, freight or shipping coordination • Experience with an ERP or transport management system • Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting • Clear written English for carrier and customer emails • Comfort resolving problems under time pressure • Knowledge of UK or EU import and export documentation (nice to have) • Experience with courier portals such as DHL or DPD (nice to have) • Must work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
