• Lead the talent team and ensure delivery standards, KPIs, and processes are consistently met. • Monitor and enforce the correct use of tools such as Monday.com and Workable. • Identify where new workflows or system structures are needed and report these to the CTO. • Ensure the team understands and follows existing workflows effectively. • Track team performance, generate reports, and present insights to leadership. • Collaborate with the CTO and leadership to ensure operational needs are met. • Support a culture of structure, accountability, and process-driven work.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, team management, or recruitment delivery. • Strong understanding of structured team operations. • Experience with Monday.com, Workable, or similar platforms. • Confident identifying operational needs and communicating them to technical leads. • Strong reporting skills using dashboards on Monday.com • Excellent communicator with a structured, practical mindset. • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
