📋 Description

• Maintain project plans, timelines and task boards • Schedule meetings and write up actions • Chase task owners and flag risks early • Prepare weekly status reports • Keep project documents organised and current • Support project managers in keeping plans current and projects on schedule • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders • Join the client's existing team with a named manager in the UK and regular video check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in project coordination or project administration • Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com or similar • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Clear written English for reports and stakeholder updates • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines • PRINCE2 Foundation or similar (nice to have) • Experience working with UK clients (nice to have) • Ability to work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
