📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for a UK business • Answer and direct calls and messages • Respond to general enquiries by email and chat • Manage diaries and book appointments • Handle post, deliveries and visitor logs with the team • Keep contact records up to date • Keep the front office running smoothly from home

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a receptionist or front-desk administrator • Warm, professional spoken and written English • Confidence with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Good organisation and multitasking • Able to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Experience with a virtual phone system (nice to have) • Familiarity with booking tools such as Calendly (nice to have) • Previous work with UK businesses (nice to have)
