• Identify and assess operational, financial, and strategic risks across business functions • Maintain the risk register and ensure it is kept accurate and up to date • Produce regular risk reports and present findings to senior stakeholders • Support the development and testing of business continuity and contingency plans • Work with department heads to embed risk management in day-to-day operations
• 3+ years of risk management or audit experience • Understanding of risk frameworks such as ISO 31000 or equivalent • Strong analytical skills with experience producing risk reports and dashboards • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
