📋 Description
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach the development team and stakeholders on agile principles and practices • Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions • Track and report on sprint velocity, team health, and delivery metrics • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on software delivery teams • CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
