📋 Description

• Lead weekly bookkeeping processes across multiple entities • Oversee client invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure up-to-date cash flow data • Maintain accurate intercompany accounts and deferred income records • Track rental income and costs, ensuring correct allocations across properties • Respond to finance-related queries via shared inboxes • Optimise and maintain workflows in Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax, and Telleroo • Manage user access, system permissions, and integration integrity • Drive automation and system improvements to streamline financial processes • Collaborate with operations and tech teams to align financial and property systems • Prepare weekly finance dashboards: cash position, debtors, and payables • Lead preparation for monthly finance reviews with leadership • Support quarterly UK VAT submissions and compliance • Ensure accurate record-keeping aligned with UK financial regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Xero Certified Advisor with up-to-date certification • Minimum 3–5 years of senior-level bookkeeping experience • Proven experience managing multi-entity finance • In-depth knowledge of intercompany transactions and reconciliations • Solid understanding of UK VAT requirements and submission timelines • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and system thinking • Access to a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
