📋 Description

• Design bespoke UX/UI solutions tailored to each client — avoiding templates and unnecessary design elements • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that prioritise usability and efficiency • Apply sustainable web design principles, ensuring minimal page weight and optimised digital assets • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean, efficient implementation • Present design concepts and strategic thinking confidently to clients • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Contribute to the development of internal design systems, standards, and brand identity • Maintain organised design files, assets, and component libraries • Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and performance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital or creative agency • A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance principles • Experience presenting to and collaborating directly with clients • Working knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS awareness) • Exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a structured remote environment • Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
