🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience • Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills • Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home • Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection • Ability to work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time)
