• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more YouTube channels. • Schedule, upload, and publish videos according to content calendars. • Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails for discoverability and performance. • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards. • Maintain organised content workflows and publishing schedules. • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify content opportunities. • Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement. • Analyse audience behaviour and recommend content improvements. • Monitor YouTube trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive advantage. • Collaborate with content creators to improve video performance and audience retention. • Track key YouTube metrics including views, CTR, watch time, audience retention, subscriber growth, and revenue. • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights. • Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and content formats. • Use analytics to guide future content and channel strategies. • Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, scriptwriters, and content creators. • Ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered on schedule. • Communicate performance feedback and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders. • Support the development of scalable content production processes.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing YouTube channels or digital content operations. • Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, channel analytics, and platform best practices. • Experience with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimisation. • Familiarity with YouTube monetisation and audience growth strategies. • Excellent project management and organisational skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. • Experience using tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is advantageous. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
