📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing QA foundations and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy tailored to client's needs. • Automate testing processes and develop automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. • Improve product robustness by identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. • Ensure key features, especially integrations, are thoroughly tested. • Implement monitoring tools and processes to catch issues proactively. • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and other stakeholders. • Raise the quality bar within the team and document testing processes for future reference.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering, working with scaleups, being exposed to a growing number of users. • Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress. • Experience with manual testing, including exploratory testing and regression testing. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (manual, exploratory, automation). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process. • Understanding of web technologies and cloud platforms (preferably GCP). • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. • Highly motivated, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
