• Manage and update project workflows and task management in Asana across multiple client accounts • Schedule and publish content across platforms on behalf of clients • Set up and deploy email marketing campaigns, primarily through HubSpot or similar CRM platforms • Maintain and update existing marketing dashboards and reports; flag performance trends to the founder • Perform basic WordPress website updates as needed • Handle CRM data entry, list management, and general database hygiene • Coordinate with contractors and client-side teams to keep deliverables on track • Conduct quality assurance and proofing on outgoing materials • Support documentation and process management to keep internal operations consistent • Provide general marketing and administrative support as the business requires
• **Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal** • 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment • Broad digital marketing knowledge across email, content, reporting, and basic paid media • Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot strongly preferred • Comfortable working asynchronously and managing priorities independently • Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Asana • **Nice to Have** • Experience with WordPress (basic updates and content publishing) • Familiarity with Canva for light design and content support • Exposure to marketing reporting and dashboard tools • Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• 🕘 Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
