📋 Description

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns. • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to guide campaign strategy. • Write compelling ad copy aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. • Build and manage campaign structures within Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Google Sheets and other tools. • Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and results. • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in paid search and/or paid social campaign management. • Familiarity with budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing methodologies. • Proven experience in a production-oriented or analytical role. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenation, text to columns). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, resourceful, and self-sufficient in a remote environment. • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred (experience can substitute). • Previous agency experience. • Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making. • Desire for continuous learning and professional development. • Experience managing multiple paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). • Exposure to other marketing channels (SEO, CRO, email) a plus, not required. • Prior remote work experience a plus.
