📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of consumer electronics portfolio with a focus on audio hardware • Manage product development from concept to production • Work directly with manufacturing partners in China • Drive continuous quality improvement across every stage of the process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, ideally in audio or similar consumer electronics • Direct hands-on experience working with factories in China. Sourcing, prototyping, and production management • Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement at the product level • Experience operating under EOS or similar accountability-driven frameworks is a plus • Direct, clear communicator who can push back on ideas and challenge leadership when needed • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with ambiguity and real accountability • Fluent English
