• Check and organize real estate transaction files using Dotloop. • Submit documents to closing/title companies and track missing items. • Create and send commission invoices to closing companies. • Support with basic bookkeeping (tracking commissions, maintaining records, potential support for Jesse’s other businesses). • Manage social media posting (listings, pendings, closings, open houses) across Facebook, Instagram, and eventually LinkedIn. • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all documents and posts.
• 3+ years of proven administrative or transaction coordination experience in the real estate industry. experience (preferably in real estate). • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with Dotloop or similar document management tools. • Basic bookkeeping skills, including invoicing, expenses, and reporting. • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. • Understanding of U.S. real estate compliance and documentation processes. • Experience using social media scheduling or management tools. • Ability and willingness to assist with apartment operations as the business grows.
