•We are looking for an Administrative & IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks while providing first-level IT support to employees. •This dual-role position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can manage office operations efficiently while troubleshooting IT issues. •Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. •Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation. •Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and equipment. •Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and organizing files. •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. •Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. •Set up and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment. •Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex issues to the IT team or external providers. •Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions. •Assist in maintaining data security and backup protocols. •Support IT projects, such as software updates, system migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Proven experience in administrative roles and basic IT support. •Strong knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and IT systems. •Experience with Quick books, connect team, Excel, IT & network Knowledge •Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and basic network administration. •Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. •Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. •Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. •[Optional] Experience with IT support tools, help desk software, or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
