📋 Description

• Support analytics requests across multiple business areas (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success) • Exploring datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - not just fulfill defined reporting requests • Contributing to and learning from the Business Intelligence team’s analytics development ecosystem • Building and maintaining data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field (including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps) • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience) • Foundational experience with SQL and data analysis • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, but not required) • Curiosity about data and a desire to understand the “why” behind trends and patterns • Ability to explore datasets and draw basic insights, with guidance as needed • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality • Comfort working with some ambiguity and asking questions to clarify business needs • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to present data and insights in a clear and structured way (written or visual)
