📋 Description

• Learn multiple solutions during the tenure of employment with Renaissance to meet our clients' needs. • Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that meets client needs and exceeds expectations. • Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals. • Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development (including observations, client evaluations, and coaching) • Prepare for training engagements by engaging with Renaissance team members, customizing training materials (within specific parameters), learning about the particular needs and goals of the client, etc. • Document and submit detailed training notes. • Present a professional image to customers. • Learn and follow Renaissance processes for preparing, delivering, and post work facilitation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field • At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating/delivering professional development • Prior experience in K-12 education • Experience with educational technology, familiarity with Renaissance products and solutions • Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars • Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly • High level of attention to detail • Proven organizational skills • High level of collaboration with internal and cross functional teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately • Ability to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation.
