• Lead a cross-cultural team to execute SME investment programs in Africa. • Ensure project milestones meet Renew Capital’s standards. • Provide coaching and technical assistance to entrepreneurs. • Oversee and drive project execution and deliverables. • Develop and lead a team of project analysts. • Liaise with asset management teams to design interventions.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance or development is preferred • 5+ years of management consulting and/or finance experience. • Consulting experience in both the private sector and with an international development firm focused on gender equality is a plus • Experience managing grant-based projects • Proficiency in writing reports in English • Strong project management skills – certification in project management is a plus • Exposure to the finance or private equity world • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability
