📋 Description

• Central global point of contact for all transfer pricing matters within the RENK Group • Responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international transfer pricing regulations • Preparation of the annual transfer pricing documentation for the German entities (master and local files, including the transactions matrix) • Support foreign group entities with local transfer pricing documentation and advise on other transfer pricing-related issues • Provide technical support for M&A transactions (including post‑merger integration), restructurings and new business models with respect to transfer pricing • Further develop and digitize group‑wide transfer pricing systems, processes and policies • Independently manage tax audits in Germany and support foreign subsidiaries in cooperation with external advisors • Responsible for Country‑by‑Country reporting (for tax purposes and, in future, publicly) • Build and further develop a group‑wide Tax Compliance Management System in the area of transfer pricing • Support the Head of Tax on international tax projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance or law with a focus on taxation, or an equivalent tax-related professional qualification; passing the tax advisor (Steuerberater) exam is an advantage • At least five years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing, ideally within the tax department of an internationally active company or an international tax or auditing firm • Solid knowledge of national and international transfer pricing rules and a good understanding of business management and controlling topics • Preferably additional experience in international tax law • Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong initiative, structured and independent working style, and high resilience under pressure • Team player with strong communication skills and business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
