📋 Description

• Join one of the core engineering teams: Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, or Cards • Build and support high-impact, backend-heavy systems powering financial products and internal platforms • Develop software using Java, Spring Boot, AWS (EKS), MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Grafana, and Prometheus • Apply good architecture and testing discipline • Build systems with attention to observability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and testability • Collaborate within a global, distributed engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Real production experience in Java backend development • Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot • Familiarity with cloud-native environments • Experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale • Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability • Fintech experience is a big plus, especially payments or banking products • Fluent Russian and English language
