📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels delivering solutions that increase user acquisition, engagement and retention • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs, consistently shipping high-impact product features. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs, targeting a 90%+ user satisfaction score. • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools like Figma. • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms. • Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization. • Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries. • A robust portfolio showcasing digital/mobile design projects with measurable outcomes (e.g., improved conversion rates or user engagement). • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders. • Expertise in UX/UI principles, user research, and scalable design systems. • Sharp eye for detail, paired with creative and analytical problem-solving. • Ability to juggle user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility with finesse. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills to elevate team performance.
