📋 Description
• Translate high-level product ideas into clear, structured requirements • Propose solution options with tradeoffs (including NFRs and edge cases) • Collaborate with Engineers to align on technical approach early • Ensure alignment with engineering best practices and system design constraints • Work closely with Engineering Managers to help drive features to production
🎯 Requirements
• - **Fintech or banking domain experience** (especially a big plus if you’ve worked on high-integrity systems, e.g., payments, onboarding, internal platforms) • - A proactive approach to work: this is not a passive documentation role. We want someone who thinks in systems, understands how engineering teams work, and can drive complex cross-functional workstreams from idea to delivery • - Skills in handling technical and non-functional requirements, including ensuring performance, security, and scalability
