• Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling necessary). • Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process. • Must be able to sell, close customers, and exceed sales goals. • Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers. • Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI’s. • Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20/20 software. • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP.
• Excellent sales skills. • Experience selling via phone, email, video chat, and text is a plus. • Kitchen design software experience in either 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision is required. • Experience with CRM software. • Home Improvement experience is a plus. • High quality communication skills, both verbal and written. • Highly organized, motivated, and a team player. • Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions. • Reliable internet required.
