📋 Description
• Manage a team of engineers in the Infra & DevEx Team • Provide support and mentorship to Engineers and Technical Lead • Develop and communicate a transparent roadmap to stakeholders and leadership • Motivate and inspire team members to develop and achieve great work • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, mentor, and guide career development • Develop career development plan, review progress, and continuously evaluate team performance • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for Infra and DevEx projects • Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Maintain and improve company core values and culture • Involve in team expansion and scaling at a fast growth rate
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline • Fluent in Thai and Intermediate English skills (Speaking, Writing, and Reading) • 3+ years experience in managing multiple Software Engineering teams that successfully delivered to customers with Agile principles • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Experienced in people management • Experienced in recruiting talents and building teams are preferred • Proven experience in building and fostering a positive engineering culture focused on learning, collaboration, and innovation • Having a professional record in Technical Roles is a plus
