📋 Description

• Independently lead the full lifecycle development of projects, from origination and feasibility through to execution and operational handover • Take full ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against strategic, commercial, and technical objectives • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, government bodies, and strategic partners • Balance commercial priorities with scientific, environmental, and technical dependencies in project design and delivery • Drive decision-making, project governance, and escalation processes at a senior level • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks with minimal oversight • Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and regional engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaker (required) • Extensive experience developing projects independently from inception to operational deployment • Background in project development within carbon-led reforestation or renewable energy sectors • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects concurrently with minimal supervision • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to integrate scientific and technical considerations into decision-making • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders • Highly developed project management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail • Knowledge of government policy related to carbon projects and the ability to adapt to regulatory changes
