📋 Description

• Lead FP&A. Own company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including scenario modeling to support strategic decisions and fundraising readiness. • Drive strategic decisions. Contribute financial perspective on major initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A evaluations, and geographic expansion. • Partner with the business. Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives and department leaders on growth, operational efficiency, and capital allocation. • Own performance metrics. Define and monitor the numbers that matter (gross margin, LTV/CAC, cash runway, NRR), and proactively surface risks and opportunities. • Run financial reporting. Own monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and the board, with clear communication of results and drivers. • Scale systems and processes. Evaluate and improve our financial systems and workflows for automation, accuracy, and scalability as we grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong FP&A and strategic-finance foundation. • Deep command of financial statements, forecasting, and SaaS metrics. • Proven ability to build financial models and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders. • Curiosity and facility with using AI in FP&A. • Track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing at every level. • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and the board. • High ownership and adaptability.
