📋 Description

• Responsible for installing, qualifying, maintaining, and servicing Repligen products. • Hands-on, field-based role operating across Europe requiring travel for installations, qualifications, training, and troubleshooting. • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). • Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories. • Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms. • Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts. • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience of in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment. • Experience of working in Cleanrooms is preferred. • Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude. • GMP or GLP experience preferred. • Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. • Willingness to travel across Europe.
