• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies. • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging. • Plan and execute demand generation programs, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to support pipeline growth. • Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement. • Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to support the commercial team. • Work closely with the global marketing team to localize messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the EMEA audience. • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize return on investment. • Partner with product management, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful regional marketing approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the bioprocessing life sciences industry. • Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including key market dynamics and customer needs. • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and event management. • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. • Willingness to travel (up to 40%) within the region for events, customer meetings, and team collaborations.
