📋 Description

• Turn positioning and creative concepts into high volumes of UGC — ideate, script, storyboard, and ship • Write the copy yourself • Source, brief, and direct creators and actors • Own production end-to-end — concept, casting, locations, props, on-set direction, and post • Read the numbers & watch what’s performing across TikTok, Instagram, and paid social

🎯 Requirements

• Genuinely excellent English, and real, demonstrable experience writing TikTok copy in English that performed • Extensive B2C UGC experience • Strong track record producing ads for TikTok and Meta • Comfortable managing external agencies and partners across content and creative • Fast and self-directed
