📋 Description
• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring focus on high-impact deliveries • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, the business area, and technical teams • Lead product initiatives using AI/Analytics, from discovery through delivery • Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories • Support decisions based on data, metrics, and user behavior • Oversee the development cycle using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Ensure continuous product evolution and delivery of customer value
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with products involving Artificial Intelligence, data, or analytics • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (tech, data, and business) • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Analytical profile, results- and business-value oriented • Experience managing a backlog and defining a roadmap
