📋 Description

• Lead Azure cloud migration projects from assessment to cutover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. • Coordinate technical teams (Cloud Engineers, Developers, Architects, Security, and DevOps) and align with business stakeholders. • Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Oversee the implementation of Azure landing zones, networking, IAM, and governance frameworks. • Support workload migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-architect) for applications, databases, and infrastructure. • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards (GDPR, ISO, NIST, CIS). • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM). • Develop detailed cutover, rollback, and disaster recovery plans for migration events. • Provide status reports, stakeholder updates, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment. • Mentor and guide technical teams on Azure best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project/program management with cloud migration projects. • Strong technical background in Azure Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Storage, Security). • Proven track record in managing end-to-end Azure migration programs (on-prem to Azure, multi-cloud integrations). • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates. • Solid understanding of enterprise-scale migrations including databases, applications, and hybrid environments. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. • Azure certifications (preferred). • Experience with ITIL processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise governance (preferred).
