• Provide expert-level technical guidance and consultative support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle. • Assist the sales teams by developing tailored technical waste and environmental management solutions based on customer specifications and operational needs. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to customers. • Assists in developing strategic recommendations by working with the sales team and business partners to analyze and understand all necessary data including sales data, market trends, competitive landscape and current pricing. • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure cohesive solution delivery and customer satisfaction. • Facilitate alignment on solution requirements, delivery timelines, and implementation feasibility. • Mentor sales staff on technical aspects of products and services to enhance overall team capability. • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with leadership directives and area priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across cross-functional teams.
• 7 - 10 years of technical waste and environmental services industry experience. • Expert Technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to translate and simplify complex environmental products and solutions for non-technical stakeholders. • Skilled in working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and sales teams.
