📋 Description

• Update and maintain CRM and DealHub data accuracy. • Generate and format reports and dashboards for Sales and Customer Success teams. • Document recurring processes and standard operating procedures. • Support testing and data validation for new integrations or automation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • Interest in CRM systems or sales operations. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
