📋 Description

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with department heads to set realistic yet ambitious financial goals. • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate growth, profitability, and key performance metrics. Expect frequent scenario modeling to game out and pressure-test evolving strategic projects • Lead headcount and capacity planning in a production environment, aligning staffing models with workload forecasts and efficiency targets. • Prepare and present monthly reporting packages to leadership, including variance analyses and commentary on business performance. • Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing on new initiatives. • Act as a financial business partner to department leaders, providing insights to drive efficiency, resource allocation, and operational alignment. • Track and analyze company KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. ● Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate month-end close and financial reporting. • Contribute to the build-out of financial systems, dashboards, and automation tools to streamline FP&A processes. • Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting timeliness, and data quality. • Support ad hoc projects such as pricing strategy, capital planning, or fundraising analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Strategic Finance, within a dynamic, high-growth corporate environment — ideally one characterized by rapid change, operational complexity, and cross-functional collaboration. • Strong understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and financial modeling best practices. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Cube, Mosaic) preferred. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. • Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus).
