• Lead commercial development and initial clinical adoption of the solution in the assigned territory • Develop new healthcare facilities under a 60% hunter / 40% farmer model • Establish the initial medical relationship and work closely with a Key Account Manager to maximize regional ARR • Map healthcare facilities, KOLs, and decision-makers • Conduct intensive field prospecting • Manage top-down and bottom-up B2B healthcare sales cycles through closing • Drive an influence strategy through conferences, KOL relationships, and real-world evidence studies • Manage initial medical onboarding after signing before handing over to the KAM • Address alerts indicating declining medical engagement • Lead re-engagement and win-back campaigns for at-risk or churned accounts • Document interactions and opportunities in the CRM • Increase the number of new healthcare facilities adopting the solution • Improve the conversion of prospects into active customers • Support customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth • Generate and manage a high-quality sales pipeline • Collaborate with the KAM, Patient Care, and InterOps teams • Report to one of the Regional Directors, depending on geographic area
• Proven experience in hospital sales, medical devices, or pharma/biotech/medtech (KAM, Medical Representative, Healthcare Business Development, etc.) • Strong sales and negotiation skills in the healthcare sector • Solid experience selling similar solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, or psychiatry • Ability to manage complex hospital sales cycles, including decision-making processes and negotiations • Experience prospecting and penetrating competitor accounts • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with medical stakeholders • Ability to develop an influence strategy with KOLs and at conferences • Ability to manage the transition from pre-sales to clinical activation in collaboration with a KAM • Rigorous approach to keeping the CRM up to date • Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving skills • Competitive mindset and perseverance • Organized, self-directed, and proactive • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit • Commitment to the values of trust, humility, and excellence • Results-oriented • English required; proficiency level to be specified from A1 to C2; documentation is in English • Availability for business travel 20% to 50% of the time
