📋 Description

• Own and drive the long-term technical vision, ensuring all solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with overall business strategy. • Direct high-level system design and architecture decisions, establishing best practices, documenting trade-offs, and ensuring engineering excellence. • Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and technical curiosity. • Act as the primary bridge between engineering, product management, and operations to ensure seamless feature delivery and shared technical understanding. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into concrete, scalable technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a minimum of 3+ years in an official technical leadership, management, or principal-level role. • Deep expertise in the full web development stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, JavaScript, PostgreSQL or similar) and proven experience designing and deploying scalable systems in high-traffic, production environments. • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of modern software architecture principles, including hands-on experience implementing patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, or domain-driven design. • Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executive audiences. • Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and experience leveraging Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to optimize system reliability and performance. • Comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, and proactively identifying and addressing system-wide technical challenges.
