• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions • Safeguard sensitive data and manage access controls • Monitor compliance posture and produce actionable insights • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk, and Security teams • Participate in incident response and investigations • Maintain awareness of emerging Microsoft 365 compliance features
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 environments • Hands-on experience in designing, tuning, and implementing MIP policies • Proven experience developing and refining DLP policies across various Microsoft 365 services • Strong working knowledge of external data access management and collaboration controls • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra governance and access integrations • Experience in developing data classification, retention, and protection policies • Automation experience using PowerShell and Graph API • Certifications: SC-401, SC-200, SC-900. Bonus: CISSP, CCSP or Security+
