📋 Description

• Support growing US-based customer support operations • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions • Work efficiently across multiple systems in a fast-paced customer service environment • Complete every stage of the hiring process: resume review, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, live interviews, and background check • Provide customer support across areas including customer support, healthcare support, technical support, billing support, sales support, appointment scheduling, collections, administrative support, live chat/email support, retention/escalations, and call center/BPO environments

🎯 Requirements

• Previous US BPO / call center experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in structured remote environments • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • 16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam and headset • i5 processor or higher • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • Resume must be submitted in English • Successful completion of an applicable background check may be required for shortlisted candidates
