📋 Description

• Handle customer interactions related to maintenance requests, housing locator services, and open-line support • Listen to customer needs, ask relevant questions, and provide clear, professional assistance • Gather and communicate accurate information for housing or maintenance-related inquiries • Follow processes for documenting, routing, and escalating requests • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case information • Communicate professionally with customers and other relevant parties • Manage multiple inquiry types while maintaining attention to detail and service quality • Follow assigned workflows, schedules, and performance expectations • Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the assigned shift • Complete all stages of the hiring process, including resume review, questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, live interviews, and background check

🎯 Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills • Previous customer service, call center, housing support, maintenance coordination, or related experience is preferred • Experience handling maintenance requests, housing locator inquiries, or open-line support is a strong advantage • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Ability to follow procedures, document information accurately, and escalate issues appropriately • Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable attendance and the ability to commit to a fixed work schedule • A professional attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn account-specific processes • Own equipment and a suitable home workspace • Windows 11 PC; Mac not supported • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam and wired USB headset • i5 processor or higher • Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • Ability to work any listed fixed schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM MST • Resume submitted in English • Successful completion of an applicable background check may be required
