📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend services to support dynamic rules configuration for event-driven workflows • Implement RAG hooks to enable intelligent retrieval of SOPs tailored to specific event classes • Integrate backend solutions with upstream AI/ML and observability components to streamline workflow execution • Optimize system performance and scalability to handle real-time SOP retrieval and event processing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend design with project requirements and client standards • Secure backend APIs, data flows, and RAG retrieval processes in accordance with security and compliance requirements • Test and validate backend services to ensure reliability, accuracy, and fault tolerance • Document system architecture, configuration rules, and integration patterns for knowledge sharing and compliance • Enhance backend capabilities to improve responsiveness and adaptability to evolving project needs • Support troubleshooting and incident response efforts related to backend workflows and integrations • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience • U.S. Citizenship (required for designated client projects) • 4+ years of experience in backend engineering for cloud-based or hybrid systems • Proficiency in implementing rules-based engines and integrating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data processing • Experience with common backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, or Go) • Familiarity with API security, data encryption, and role-based access control • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across AI/ML, DevOps, and security teams • Excellent problem-solving, testing, and documentation skills.
