📋 Description
• Manage PI cases from intake to resolution • Draft medical summaries, discovery responses, pleadings, and settlement documents • Update and track case progress in Filevine (Lead Docket a plus) • Coordinate with clients, medical offices, and insurance contacts • Schedule EBTs, IMEs, mediations, and court events • Prepare attorneys for depositions and trial-related needs • Identify workflow issues and help keep cases on schedule
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience (NY preferred) • Strong Filevine skills; Lead Docket helpful • Solid understanding of litigation steps and deadlines • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
