📋 Description

• ResPro Health is committed to supporting healthcare providers in the respiratory field by offering resources and tools to implement impactful programs such as remote patient monitoring and chronic care management. • As a Respiratory Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients daily, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies and improving overall outcomes. • Working from the comfort of your own home, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists to enhance patient care and drive innovation in respiratory medicine. • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants • Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV • Assist CPAP patients with specialized needs • Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records • Educate and coach patients on CPAP devices and care • Identify and address barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients • Collaborate with providers and escalate any concerns as needed • Coordinate and order CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines • Maintain accurate patient records and stay current on respiratory therapy practices

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapists (RT) license • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist • Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Attention to detail and BLS certification
