• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. • The Vice President, Pricing Strategy will own the development and execution of R365’s pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness for Restaurant365's product portfolio. • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a high-impact, foundational role—you will be the first hire focused solely on pricing and packaging and will be responsible for building the function from the ground up. • You'll set the vision, establish best practices, and lay the groundwork for a high-performing team as the organization scales. • This role requires deep SaaS pricing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive long-term growth and monetization success.
• 12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy, with significant experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models • Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies that deliver measurable impact • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models (tiered, usage-based, value-based), and buyer psychology • Experience developing go-to-market strategies in close partnership with product marketing, product management, and revenue teams
• This position has a salary range of $250,000 - $290,000 per year.
