Let’s talk! • We’re looking for an eCommerce Strategist to join our Customer Success team in a full-time role starting July 2025. • You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our brands maximize the value of RetentionX. • Your success is directly tied to customer satisfaction—from guiding them through onboarding to providing strategic insights that fuel their growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a DTC brand, ideally in a role like eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar. • Strong knowledge of eCommerce tools such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and other marketing platforms. • Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns—from strategy to execution—is a big plus. • A proactive, self-motivated approach—you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • An analytical mindset—you’re curious about data and understand the business impact behind the numbers. • Outstanding communication skills, with native fluency in American English. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships. • Based in the United States, ideally in Florida or Texas.
