• Build trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision-making • Guide clients to clarify their goals, objectives, and challenges • Facilitate workshops, team discussions, and activities to help teams identify and solve key problems • Use data and information to build client-centric frameworks that drive measurable outcomes • Collaborate with all levels of the client organization—from the front line to senior leaders—to advance projects • Proactively identify and address barriers to success, maintaining a positive and productive environment • Engage directly with front-line leadership on specific focus areas, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives • Expand your own technical, facilitation, and project management skills through intensive practice and hands-on coaching
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting, or project management • Proven experience in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or related fields • Familiarity with specialized areas such as reliability, maintenance, or capital projects • A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset) • Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
