📋 Description

• Manage defined project scopes under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations. • Coordinate internal discipline teams and external subconsultants to support timely and accurate deliverables. • Track project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones; proactively identify risks or scope changes and escalate as appropriate. • Support preparation and submission of monthly invoicing and assist with financial tracking. • Maintain organized document control, including meeting minutes, action items, RFIs, submittals, and record drawings. • Review deliverables for completeness and conformance to project standards prior to submission. • Communicate schedule updates, risks, and scope clarifications clearly and promptly. • Mentor junior project engineers or support staff on project processes and documentation standards as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field or an associate’s degree in a related field plus substantial relevant industry experience. • Some level of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment, renewable energy, or similar industry, including internships and coops. • Demonstrated ability to track schedules and basic project financials and support invoicing under PM direction. • Strong capability managing project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, RFIs/submittals, and deliverable tracking with high accuracy. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex project issues. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.
